What is the minimum order?
50 pieces per model for basins and smart toilets. You can mix models in one container.
How long does production take?
25–35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and customisation.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Samples of existing models leave the factory in 10–15 days.
Which certificates do you have?
See the certificate list above, with numbers and scope. Ask us for the test report that covers your model.
What are the payment terms?
30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L), or irrevocable L/C at sight for container orders.
What warranty do smart toilets have?
5-year structural warranty on ceramic bodies and 2-year warranty on electronic components, with spare parts supplied with every container order.
